In line with Consumer Rights Act 2015, Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 and Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, any orders for bespoke items purchased from Creative Company cannot be cancelled or returned (unless the item has arrived faulty/broken).
For any other items, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of submitting the order. 

In first instance, please contact us to discuss any issues with your order, we will do all we can to make it right -

Shipping your returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4 Barons Road, Motherwell, SCT, ML1 2ND, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend you use a tracked service to return your order.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 4 Barons Road, Motherwell, SCT, ML1 2ND, United Kingdom.
